Park Vista Executive Apartments are less than 5kms from the Perth CBD, and are in close proximity to public transport. Shenton Park is right in the heart of Perth’s western suburbs, with access to great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, beautiful attractions and many things to do
Take a brief stroll down Onslow Road to a selection of beautiful restaurants and cafes including petite mort, WA’s Best New Restaurant of 2013 (according to the WA Good Food Guide and the WA Restaurant & caterer’s awards), and a National Finalist 2013 in the Australian Restaurant & Caterers Awards. With a coveted Two Wine Glasses rating from Gourmet Traveller and a Best Service award from dimmi, a delightful meal and 10 minute stroll home is an experience not to be missed.
On the way to petit mort you’ll pass the Excelsior Deli, for superior coffee and cakes, Kiri Japanese Restaurant, for contemporary & seasonal Japanese food, Papa Bello’s Gourmet Pizza, the delicious cakes and sandwiches at Lawley’s Bakery Cafe, Galileo Buona Cucina for hearty Italian cuisine and The Warehouse Cafe.
Walk a block to Nicholson Road and check out the uber cool menu and wine list at The Nic Wine Bar, or grab a coffee and deli sandwich at The Little Pantry cafe.
If you fancy a walk round the corner from Onslow Rd onto Subiaco’s famous Rokeby Rd, you can cafe crawl your way into the centre of Subi – make sure you stop at the legendary Cafe Boucla (a 12 min walk from your apartment).
Rosalie Park – Cross the road to the extensive walking paths, gardens, sports grounds and children’s playgrounds of Rosalie Park. Enjoy!
Onslow Park Tennis Club – Take up some private lessons & coaching from the Onslow Park Tennis Club, just down the road from our Apartments next to Rosalie Park.
Walks and Running Tracks – Kings Park is the ultimate location for walking and jogging, with beautiful tracks through native forests, and spectacular city and river views. A quick walk through Rosalie Park and cross Thomas Street and you are in Kings Park!
Gym – Visit Fuller Fitness, just down Rokeby Rd in Subiaco.
Shenton Park Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk and includes an IGA Supermarket, boutique Bottle Shop, Pharmacy, Bakery, speciality fashion and gift stores and a Newsagency.
Subiaco Shopping – Supermarkets, speciality food, home-wares and fashion shops, plus cinema, theatre, bars and restaurants. Rokeby Road is a short 3 km walk from Park Vista Executive Apartments.
Subi Farmers Markets – one of Perth’s most vibrant farmer’s market places, every Saturday from 8am-12noon. Walk to Subi Primary, walk through the grounds off Hamersley Rd.
Perth Shopping – The Hay Street Mall is approximately 5 kms from our accommodation, easily accessible via road and public transport.

Kings Park is one of the world’s largest inner city parks, and walking distance from Park Vista Executive Apartments. Kids will love the Adventure Playground, and there are a variety of botanic gardens and bushland walk trails. Spectacular views over the city, a must see when in Perth. The Perth Zoo can be found in South Perth, a short drive from our accommodation. The Zoo boasts numerous species of birds and animals and you can spot many Australian animals. It has lovely lawns and gardens, very popular for a picnic and a great day out. For more information see Perth Zoo

Catch a ferry, lay on the grassy banks, feed the birds. All of these things can be done on the Swan River. This is our famous water system that connects Perth and Fremantle via ferry or boat. To find out more please see Swan River.

This is where the Arts, Culture and the Community come together. Here you will find the Art Gallery, Museum, the Library and the State Theatre. It is close to public transport and some fantastic restaurants and bars.
